Let me tell you about Sharon, wow if you ever have a place forsale please give her a chance. It dont matter if you are buying or selling a junk house or a mansion she will put all the efford in. I had the opportunity to meet the whole team during an online pressence training. I could tell immediately they're amazing at listening and finding solutions since they took notes and asked the right questions- this is not different to how they take good care of their clients. When it somes to Real Estate agencies, my only previous experience was in Atlanta. I wish I knew Sharon Black Realty sooner, I would probably be living in my dream home by now! Jenna was open with all of the properties I had an interest in. She provided me with a lot of options of possible properties(300+) about 4 months before we could get to Georgia to see places for my son to live as he begins his journey with college at SCAD! She was flexible with time frames. She has my vote for best realtor ever! This is my first house in Georgia, she made the purchase of the final house easy since we are from Texas there were many different rules. More importantly she has been willing to watch over the house after the Hurricane grazed through Savannah. She is in phone contact with me during that whole week! Really helped in the stress level! Ms. Jenna went above (in a hot attic to video the water tank and condenser) and beyond (researching cleaners, yardsmen, utility companies) as we were not locally based.
